Upon deciding if a service is a right fit for  your needs, a relationship is initiated through, essentially, a three step process:

1. Fill out the Inquiry form below, or call 540-523-1150 and we will collect that information. We will respond within 24 hours for voicemails and online inquiries.

2. We will arrange an in-person assessment. This gives you  an opportunity to interview us. During this process we will develop a new member profile to learn more about you and determine ways we can best assist you, create an action plan, define a start date, and go over terms.

3. We will begin services at a mutually agreed upon time.

Concierge Service Members can place service requests with Senior Lifestyle Concierge 24 hours a day and 7 days a weeks in the contact form below, by phone, or email.
