We prepare caregivers and their loved ones for any transition! Before the move, we assist with mail forwarding, disconnecting utilities, packing, sorting and dispersal of unwanted items, and transport on move-in day. Even after the move-in, if necessary, we continue to manage their households such as coordinating any on-going renovation projects, and yard maintenance with our concierge services.
If the client is transitioning back home from your community, we assist with their transition back home through: ensuring fully stocked refrigerators, reconnecting utilities, transportation, unpacking and helping them get access to high quality services they need to help them remain in their own homes for as long as possible.
